The minimalist villa design features polished concrete floors throughout and spaces surrounded by lush greenery in the form of flowering trees and shrubs, flat lawns, and trailing vines. The abundant use of sustainably grown teakwood, brings warmth and colour to the interior and garden with honey-golden, buttery shades of wheat and amber. Feel calmed by the sight of the swimming pool, which is bordered by a teakwood deck furnished with two beanbag loungers.

Enjoy relaxing in the open-plan living and dining room, which features teak-wood furnishings alongside full-height doors that can be opened to welcome the natural breeze or enclosed for air-conditioned comfort. It also incorporates an open-plan lounge area, 40-inch TV, 4-seater dining table and a modern kitchen with a breakfast bar and two high chairs. The kitchen is well-equipped for either guest use or for the personal catering service of a private chef (at additional cost).
